Welcome to my little corner of the world - My name is Jay Uzzi and the heart and hands behind Cardinal Ranch and Uzzi's Creations.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, where family and hard work have always been at the center of my life. I proudly served for 6 years in the Navy and was also deployed during Desert Storm. That experience shaped my values of dedication, resilience, and community. 

These life lessons have carried me through every chapter of my life—from raising two children, time with my three grandchildren, to building businesses that reflect my passions and commitment to excellence. 

Uzzi's Creations was born during the uncertainty of COVID-19 when, like so many others, I needed a backup plan. What started as a necessity quickly became a passion. I love helping people make a statement through one-of-a-kind gifts. Whether it's a custom-engraved Yeti cup, a unique cattle tag, or something that celebrates the little moments that matter most. We can engrave on a variety of materials, including leather, glass, and granite, allowing us to create personalized pieces that truly stand out. Each piece is crafted with care and precision, reflecting the same work ethic I learned during my military service.

Cardinal Ranch holds a special place in my heart, and it began with a simple rescue that changed everything: Jasper, a stubborn and sweet donkey who taught me that sometimes the best things come unexpectedly. Since then, our herd has grown and so has my love for sharing these incredible animals with others. At Cardinal Ranch, it's not just about raising animals, it's about connection. Every donkey, cow, horse or chicken has a story, and I'm here to share it. From educational visits where kids and adults can meet our herd up close to our newest adventure offering engraved cattle tags through Uzzi's Creations, I believe the best work comes from the heart.
